Jason Robert Hervey Wiki Biography

Jason Robert Hervey was born on the 6th April 1972 in Los Angeles, California USA, and is an actor and producer, probably best recognized for starring in the role of Wayne Arnold in the TV series “The Wonder Years” (1988-1993), and for producing such TV series as “Scott Baio Is 45… And Single” (2007-2008) and “See Dad Run” (2012-2014). He is also known as a former public relations agent. His career has been active since 1976.

So, have you ever wondered how rich Jason Hervey is, as of mid-2017? According to authoritative sources, it has been estimated that the total size of Jason’s net worth is over $2 million, accumulated mostly through his involvement in the film industry not only as an actor, but also as a producer. Another source came from his career as a public relations agent.

Jason Hervey Net Worth $2 Million

Jason Hervey was raised in his hometown by his father, Alan Hervey, who worked as a retail sales manager, and her mother, Marsha Hervey, who was a talent agent. Under the influence of his mother, Jason’s professional career began in 1976, when he was only four years old, subsequently appearing in more than 200 advertising commercials for various brands, which was followed by several small roles on the big screen, including as Zeke in the TV series “Wildside”, and such film titles as “Back To The Future” playing Milton Baines, and “Pee-wee’s Big Adventure” portraying Kevin Morton, all in 1985. Three years later came his breakthrough role, when he was selected to portray Wayne Arnold in the TV series “The Wonder Years”, which lasted until 1993 and added a considerable amount to his net worth.

Jason then began to pursue a career as a producer, so he quit his acting career. From 1996 to 1999, he produced various sports-themed videos, and in 1999 made his film debut with “First Daughter”, which was followed by the film entitled “First Target” (2000). His first major project came in 2007, when he became the executive producer of the TV series “Scott Baio Is 45… And Single”, which lasted until 2008. By the end of the decade, he continued to line up successes, producing such TV series as “Party Monsters: Cabo” (2008-2009), “Confessions Of A Teen Idol” (2009), “Lay It Down” (2010) and the film “Finding Hulk Hogan” in the same year, all of which increased his net worth by a large margin.

The year 2011 was one of Jason’s most successful, as he was the executive producer of several TV series, including “Beverly Hills Fabulous”, “Big Easy Brides”, and “Bear Swamp Recovery”. In the following year, he became known for working on the film “Gretta Style”, and on two TV series – “The Devil’s Ride” and “See Dad Run” – which were aired for two seasons.

To speak further about his career, he co-founded Bischoff Hervey Entertainment production company together with his business partner Eric Bischoff. Most recently, he was the executive producer of the documentary film “Dope Man” (2017), and his net worth is certainly still rising.

Apart from his career in the film industry, Jason worked as the Senior Vice President of Media and Communications at HealthSouth Corp. in Birmingham, Alabama from 2001 to 2003, increasing further his wealth.

Speaking about his personal life, Jason Hervey has been married to Shannon Hervey since 1998; the couple has twins together and he also adopted her two children. Previously, he was ‘married’ to Kelley Patricia O’Neill from 1994 to 1995, which was annulled.

7Based his characterization of bullying older brother Wayne on "Wonder Years" on his own older brother, who liked to taunt him whenever he could. In one episode where Wayne keeps stopping and forwarding a car so Kevin can't get in, this is one of many things that Jason's own brother did to him.
8Jason and Fred Savage were reunited after having not seen each other in 6 years when they did a guest appearance playing, of all things, two brothers who were also superheroes on Justice League (2001) in an episode titled "Hawk & Dove". Ironically, Fred voiced the older, more aggressive brother, Hank Hall/Hawk, while Jason voiced the younger, more docile brother, Don Hall/Dove, a complete reversal of their roles on The Wonder Years (1988), even though it was originally intended for Jason to voice the older brother and Fred the younger brother.
9Said that his character Wayne was so hated that once a guy approached him in a bar and said, "I used to have a brother like you" and then punched him in the face.
